Balance Disc Pro by Body Sport creates greater instability than the standard Balance Disc, so it provides more of a challenge during your workout. To help prevent you from slipping – and vary your workout difficulty – the balance disc has a different texture on each side. Use the Balance Disc Pro for balance and stability exercises while standing or sitting. The 17.5" disc is roomy enough to stand on with both feet. Inflate to desired level with a foot pump, not included.
